JIFEI WANG, M.SC., O.M.D (CHINA), D.O.M.
(NM) received a B.Sc. in TCM from Luzhou Medical College in 1982 and a M.Sc. in TCM form Chengdu University of TCM in 1987. He has supervised clinical education and held teaching posts in Luzhou Medical College, the Chengdu University of TCM, and affiliated hospitals for 15 years. His expertise is in TCM theory, gynecology and clinical practice.  Jinpa learned Tui Na and Traditional Chinese diagnosis methods from Dr. Wang.

XIUJUAN YANG, MD (CHINA), PH.D., D.O.M. (NM), a graduate of Gansu University of TCM, has been a doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine since 1985. In 1991, following eleven years of extensive medical training, she received both her MD and Ph.D from the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Beijing). She was one of the earliest in China to receive a Ph.D. in the field of acupuncture. For ten years, Dr. Yang was a student and colleague of professor Xinnong Cheng, Chief Editor of the standard text, Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion (CAM). Her specialty is the use of acupuncture for the treatment of depression and asthma, as well as cancer pain management using the eight extraordinary meridians. In 1991, her research paper, "Electrical Acupuncture in Eight Extraordinary Meridians to Treat Depression," received a national award in China. Before coming to the USA, she was an Associate Professor and Chief Physician at the Acupuncture Institute of the China Academy of TCM. Her unique teaching style comes from her 16 years of clinical practice and 11 years of teaching experience in Beijing, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, South Korea and the United States. She is an honorary professor at the Norwegian Acupuncture School and the Swedish College of TCM. Dr. Yang has published three books and more than twenty articles on acupuncture research.

She maintains a private practice in New Mexico and practiced with Losang Jinpa at his Medicine Buddha Healing Center when it used to be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  His Center is now based in San Francisco, California.  Jinpa learned the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory from Dr. Yang.

Ms. Li-Chun Huang - Ms Huang is renown for her work in auricular medicine. She was a chief doctor and educator at the Auricular Medicine International Research and Training Center in Florida, a founder of auricular comprehensive diagnosis, and a auricular advisor for the Ear Acupuncture Association of Beijing TCM Medical College. She has published many papers related to auricular acupuncture and medicine.

Dr. Huang is an internationally known authority on auriculotherapy as well as traditional Chinese Medicine. Although Dr. Huang was trained as a physician and an anesthesiologist, these accomplishments only paved the way for her study of ear acupuncture under Dr. Wang Chung of Nanjing, China, who was at that time, the foremost authority in this field of study.  After Dr. Huang's presentation at the First National Acupuncture Symposium in China in 1984, she was recognized as one of the foremost researchers in auricular acupuncture. Along with this high recognition, she also became the head of the National Auricular Research Subcommittee in China, a lecturer, a member of numerous medical organizations and a consultant to many medical organizations in China and abroad.

The unequaled skill Dr. Huang possesses has made her nationally known.  With thousands of acupuncturists, many themselves experts, striving to acquire her "magic" skills, she has been elevated to the position of being the undisputed top auricular acupuncturist in China.  She has won numerous awards, both from China and abroad.  She has specialized in Auriculotherapy for the past 30 years and has become a pioneer in auricular diagnosis and treatment. She has made great discoveries in diagnosis and acupoints according to their different characteristics.

She graduated from the Military College for Advanced Studies of Surgery in Beijing, China.  Dr. Huang was director of the PLA Acupuncture and Acupuncture Anesthesia Committee of 3301 General Hospital, Beijing China.   She is a member of the Ear Acupuncture Diagnosis and Medical Treatment committee of the China Acupuncture Institute

She is a researcher and practitioner and has treated over 150,000 patients, including two prime ministers of China, The President of Italy, hundreds of generals, ministers and ambassadors in China and abroad.  She has published more than a dozen auricular research papers and articles and has trained over ten thousand medical professionals in auriculotherapy.

Losang Jinpa studied with Dr. Huang during her Spring 2000  weekend seminar at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine (www.iicm.org) in Sante Fe, New Mexico.  Jinpa has also visited her clinic in Orlando, Florida several times with patients to observe consultations.

CINDY WU, D.O.M. (NM), M.S., graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and practiced at the university's
teaching hospital for 4 years. Dr. Wu also earned her Master Degree of Nutrition at the New Mexico Institute of Technology. She assisted IICM in
developing its Tui Na program at the Albuquerque campus.  Jinpa learned Tui Na from Dr. Wu.
